How to Book

Booking a Tour

Assuming you have contacted us and we have given you a quote for the tour, the required Booking Terms and Payment Options are shown below. Please do not send money without us giving you a tour quote.

BOOKING TERMS

To Book any of our Bohol or Cebu Day Tours we will require a P 500 Reservation Fee / per tour booked (deductible from tour balance). This Fee must be paid within the minimum number of days shown below:

  • February to November: 5 working days (minimum) prior to tour date
  • December & January: 10 days prior to tour date
  • Pamilacan Dolphin Watching Tour – Full Payment Min of 7 days before tour date
  • If the client requires ferry tickets then the full amount quoted along with the Reservation fee must be paid at least 7-10days (ideally 10+ days) prior to the tour date.
CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Reservation Fee non-refundable if tour is cancelled by client
B. If client has paid in full and cancels more than 48hrs prior to the tour date a full refund minus reservation fee/s will be given
C. Reservation Fee Refunded in Full if we are unable to offer the tour as booked
D. Hotel bookings are non refundable under any circumstance
E. Cancellations due to acts of God (bad weather etc) no refund of Reservation Fee, Tour can be rebooked

OCEANJET FERRY TICKETS

BoholLife​ ​Tour​s​ ​& Travel is an Authorized OceanJet Ticket Outlet, however any issues with OceanJet or ferry cancellations etc. are between the ticket holder and “Ocean Fast Ferries Inc.

BoholLife​ ​Tour​s​ ​& Travel is not responsible for arranging ticket refunds or rebooking of tickets. While we will assist where possible we stress the ticket/s are booked in the clients name and it is for the client to claim a refund or rebook the ticket.

We can accept payment via any of the following methods:

Payment made using PayPal or Credit / Debit Card – We will generate a PayPal Invoice from our Business Account and email it to your preferred email. You can either Pay using your PayPal Account or by using your Credit / Debit Card (No PayPal Account is required for the latter).

If paying by BPI / BDO Deposit please scan or take a picture of the deposit slip and email it to us. For Western Union Payments we will require you to send the MCTN Number. For PayPal / Credit Card Payment, kindly send us an email to advise us payment has been made
