Booking a Day Tour or Bohol Tour Package

Booking your Tour, assuming you have have already contacted us via Cell Phone or Contact Form and we have presented you with all the requested package and pricing details / quotation, you will now want to book your Day Tour / Tour Package.

Day Tour Booking Terms:

To Book any of our Bohol or Cebu Day Tours we will require a P 500 Reservation Fee / per tour booked (deductible from tour balance).  This Fee must be paid within the minimum number of days shown below:

  • February to November: 5 days prior to tour date
  • December & January: 10 days prior to tour date
  • Pamilacan Dolphin Watching Tour – Full Payment Min of 7 days before tour date

If the client requires ferry tickets then the full amount quoted along with the Reservation fee must be paid at least 12-14 days prior to the tour date.

BoholLife Tours & Travel will not give a Confirmed Booking until the required Booking Fee / Deposit payment has been received. Priority will always be given to Clients who have paid the requested deposit.

If you choose to leave the payment until the minimum number of days then you will need to check with us first before sending the deposit that we can still accommodate you. Remember you will only get a Guaranteed Booking once you have paid the deposit.

If we offer a tour with no reservation fee, the client is liable to pay this P 500 fee, should they cancel the tour, in accordance with the policy detailed below


A. Cancellation made less than 2 days prior to tour date – Booking Fee non-refundable.
B. Cancellation made 3-4 days prior to tour date – 50% refund of any Booking Fees Paid.
C. Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance –  80% refund of any Booking Fees paid.
D. Cancellations due to acts of God receive 80% refund of Booking Fee Paid if tour not rebooked.

Ferry Tickets: Tour Services is not a ticket agency or affiliated in any way with OceanJet.  E- Tickets are purchased on the clients behalf as a value added service, we charge an Admin Fee purely to cover our time arranging said Ferry Tickets. 

"Any issues with OceanJet or ferry cancellations etc. are between the ticket holder and Ocean Fast Ferries Inc." Tour Services is not responsible for arranging ticket refunds or rebooking of tickets. While we will assist where possible we stress the ticket/s are booked in the clients name and it is for the client to claim a refund or rebook the ticket.

We can accept payment via any of the following methods:

Payment made using PayPal or Credit / Debit Card – We will generate a PayPal Invoice from our Business Account and email it to your preferred email. You can either Pay using your PayPal Account or by using your Credit  / Debit Card (No PayPal Account is required for
